Beyond the training and assistance that I provide HCPSS staff on various social media platforms, many users retain information better if they can read it and review it.  These guides were created for just that purpose.

The content contained within the guides includes easily understandable portions of our social media policy, terms & definitions, and best practices.  They have been well-received and a project that began as the development of one guide quickly grew in scope.
